      Pros

      Good work life balance but only if you're in the right department with the right manager; alright money but once again only if you're in the right dept with the right manager.

      Cons

      Has policy's in place but company only follows the ones that benefit them even if there are unethical practices taking place; there are managers that should never be in a position to manage people; company doesn't care about their employees; very low moral in the workplace.

      Benefits are decent. Gain valuable insights into the IT world. Hard work prepares you for the future.

      Cons

      I've been in the business for 15 years and never encountered such a corrupt goup of people and environment. "It's the people "is the most hypocritical slogan out there. It's about who you know and how much you're willing to brown nose to get "accepted". There are those that can get away with pretending to work while others work like donkeys and still get beat up. Don't be too talented or the "group management team" will quickly find a way to get you from your cube to HR; end result? Fired or laid-off. Vendors also get the short end of the stick. Are frequently asked to invest ridiculous amounts of money into "programs" that no one ever sees through and that don't produce true ROI. Politics here are dirtier than Washington.
