Decent benefits - 401k, Health Great office atmosphere - Co-workers are great. Manager are a mixed bag but generally competent Tons of promotions, lunches, etc. Opportunity for advancement - Easy to quickly move up to bigger positions

Cons

Poor compensation - considerably lower than comparable positions Often arbitrary rules/policies Low PTO - Sick days come out of vacation time
