Where to start. Pay for the experience was abysmal. The culture was very 'clicky'. Be forced into workforce socialization or be outcast. The tools were archaic and could barely keep up with the times. No one communicated with each other so everyone had tunnel vision.

I am working there for more than 3 years Cloud engineering team is the worst. If you want ruined work life balance, work 60 hours a week and miss your free weekend and family leisure time go at Ingram Micro. If you want work under micro management which even spy at your monitors by meeting room camera, go at Ingram Micro. If you want very low level compensation and only 1 percent of your salary as bounce at the end of the year, go Ingram Micro. No job security and teamwork
