      Pros

      Offer good benefits and 401k contribution. Decent work life balance. Lower level career progression available. Good experience or stepping stone to get in to the IT industry.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive or close to industry average. Moving beyond entry level positions to field based positions is very difficult if you are not part of the "boys club", usually under qualified external candidates are considered before promoting with in. Constant layoffs every year.

      Trainings, Incentives, Computer Skill Set ( Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) enhancement through constant use, opportunities for lateral moves and/or growth in other depts ,ie; Marketing, Vendor Management

      Cons

      Poor mid level management, disconnect between "Troops on the front lines " and what management perceives. Belief in what management established sales goals and what is achievable is unrealistic.

      Many lay offs in the past couple years leaving less workers doing more work. Stress levels run high due to workload for worry of next impending layoff
