Pros

Very friendly atmosphere, and most of the time, everyone was more than willing to lend a hand if needed. I worked in an area where we had an open environment, but everyone seemed to get their work done and still have time for each other. Team work was always fun.

Cons

Went through a few managers in a short period of time and then a large layoff happened. I know it is possible and they handled it a bit weird. Very hush hush and a lot of closed door meeetings.

Work for Ingram as an Inside Sales. What I like is that they offer competitive compensation. B2B sales. Challenging yet rewarding.

Cons

Room for professional growth can be very limited even if you stay with the company for more than 5 years. No career development plans for its employees.
