      Pros

      Culture is changing for the better. Seems to be catering to millenials, short term as a first corp job ok. Lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Entrenched bureaucracy makes change complicated. Definitely a Yes to everything culture.

      Good IT launch pad but not a place you'll want to stay

      Pros

      Ingram has a really high turn over and is a great way of getting into the IT industry. The culture is quite relaxed and you'll meet a lot of people that you will see throughout your career in IT.

      Cons

      The company does not recognise good work with promotions or pay increases. Most people I know started on minimal wage and after 2 promotions in 2 or 3 years, were on only slightly more money.
