excellent lunchroom, excellent hr hiring process, great privacy at cubicles and nice pc systems to work with at desk.

Cons

Initial on the job training is paid but they make it a lot less useful by going into useless details that you never use on the job and skipping the important configuration and pricing info. for hardware configuration and sales should be automated with a script or at least printed tables.

As in many companies a lot to do with few resources which leads to a lot of great forward movement but at times frustration at not being able to affect more deeply
