Decent Salary and lot's of opportunity to be trained on many different facets of leadership. I've used these tools to really learn a lot, more than my manager has ever attempted to teach me.

Cons

If you have any aspirations, you've better be ready to get your nose dirty. I've seen management pick and choose favorites. People getting promoted without there being a job posting. If you complain about someone, it's not anonymous, prepare for backlash

There are none. Management routinely lies to their teams. Since we were bought by the Chinese this company has gone WAY down hill.

Too many to list here. If you are considering a career at Ingram (Especially in Partner Technical Enablement) PLEASE RECONSIDER. You'll thank me later.
