life is so hard at ingram no matter how hard work you work managers favorite person and manager gets the credit, promotion everything, politics in the company do not spare anyone even on the humanitarian grounds, every one waits to destroy other, most of the seniors are very good in office politics and have very good relations at hr and regional level which makes them immortal in the company, self respect is the least important thing & managers will make your life worse when you do not cooperate, most of the people in ingram always under so much presurre they search for someone who seems happy with his life and then start making his life worse, most of the managers believe on romours and take decisions based on these romours rather than finding the facts

Too much favoritism, cronyism, and corruption... You're either part of the gang (or a family member) or not. If not, expect to be singled out, blamed, exploited, and treated unfairly while others take credit for your hard work.
