Pros

pros are with good companie

Cons

if you are working on a customer facing role BEWARE and be ready to get slammed by the customer because you never know when management is going to apply an out of the world policy to bound the customer legally and push you to implement it , wrong distribution of benefits, their is always a difference in overall pay of people working on same role same responsibilities because of non eligible HR and local manager , think twice before joining

Pros

chance to get a feel of mnc

Cons

most of the positions are underpaid and over utilized, no standard for work or benefits distribution, in many groups less qualified and less experienced people are on the senior position due to HR's inability to screen data, mostly people here try to position themselves with better designation to feel good about their work. company is making profit just becoz of their multi location availability and this too soon will be taken over by other employee focussed competitors like redington, savex and iris computers

Pros

chance to work with people from different geopgrahies and culture

Cons

people with no ethics or liability towards company are working for long time and are in the commanding positions and this is the biggest con of this company. its impossible to tell management if your immidiate senior is working against company ethics or for his/her personal benefits harming his subordinates or company. Their is no system to analyze efforts or contribution of a single employee as comany assess everything as a group and its totally upto the group leader whom to promote (obviously the one providing xyz benefits to him). employee interest is ion the lowest priority of management. most of the seniors are not professionaly fit and one can feel it in their way of commnication, email ettiquetes, dressing sense and above all thjer attitude , where most of them think they can make or break any customers business ....
