Pros

I didn't waste my life there. This place was inept. The whole place. Inept. It's like a C listed company.

Cons

This place was like a breeding ground for morons and perverts. Seriously. If anybody actually cared to tell, that place would have mountains of law suits against it for employing the most creepy managers they could find. The work was terrible because you work with barely anyone who speaks English. Bunch of tax break employees. Who's idea of work is standing around pretending to know whats going on, not unlike the managers. The workplace is brutally uncomfortable. Oh and don't be surprised if you smell someone who reeks of sewage. A lot of people there do. Anyway long story short..please skip that job. It's blatantly overly strict, inept, boring, and creepy.

Pros

This company looks great on your resume Very nice facility, it looks like a company that is up with the times (key word LOOKS) Good people and hard working You will learn a lot. Because of its lack of organization someone on the complete opposite of the spectrum will become lead of a project because nobody wants to end up with the hot potato. For someone inexperienced, this a great learning opportunity. Fairly good benefits, work from home option which is nice

Cons

Disorganization, it's bad...let me rephrase that...it's terrible. Nobody really knows who does what, it's like playing musical chairs from 9-6 everyday (or later, it's not uncommon) until their chair is taken from them to do a task that doesn't belong to them. The people hired don't understand the full cycle of their job which can be frustrating to others. It may be attributed to lack of training or lack hiring experienced employees but only a handful of people know how the business works. During my time there the fault always lied on Marketing or Finance (depends on who's outfit you didn't like on that particular day). Escalations are the norm and emergencies are the daily grind. In a weird way, it's tough to get in serious trouble because your manager and director are consistently being copied on EVERY communication you have with any other employee meaning they are "aware" of the mess that is about to happen. Bring your firefighter hat to work here. The corporate office seems to have it figured out but Miami feels like it's a startup but unfortunately it's been open for over 20 years and the improvements are hard to come. Management is extremely resistant to change, you can have new drugs approved by the FDA faster than have a simple process improvement approved here. It's a rotating door, it's tough to have a long tenure in this place
