Pros

Great people to work with. They expect a lot out of their people. It makes you a better marketing manager. Upper management were accessible.

Cons

The pay was awful. Many people had second jobs if they didn't live with their parents. When setting up events and marketing initiatives you get all of the blame and none of the glory. Overall not great, but a good place to start your career get experience and get out as soon as possible.

Pros

On site gym ($30/mnth or so), good salary + benefits

Cons

Management and senior staff held onto their high school spirit. Consistent politics; you could trust no one. At first everyone is there to help and train you, only to dig into your business to find your weakness and drag you down. Management is absent and listens too closely to what senior staff is advising as opposed to physically being present to assess the matter Goals and expectations were constantly changed Training program lagged Horrible system to work with The pay is the only reason to stay and deal with the drama, but even then, is it worth it?

Pros

Diverse work environment , climate controlled. Generally they promote from within. However, this is more cost driven than a reward based.

Cons

Work life balance, underpaid, lack of opportunities for advancement , high turnover rate, the account management team really dictates daily operations not Operations Sr. management. Most functions are not systems driven but, need a course of manual processes to get the daily requirements completed. Seems as though they are constantly reacting and not being proactive. Reactions seems to always be to throw more man hours at an issue. Supervisors usually put in 60+ hr weeks, without any form of additional compensation.
