Pros

- Vendors provide goodies and food - Casual dress compared to other companies - Free parking

Cons

- There is no transparency into projects being worked on below the management level - High turnover in the Buffalo office - Some of the Managers act more like a dictator than more supportive - Nobody takes ownership of anything - Deadlines are arbitrary and very concrete

Pros

Very nice work environment, lots of training, free food, and fun tech merch!

Cons

PAY! Support reps start at about 28K and a degree is not needed. this is NOT a marketing job, this is NOT a sales job, you are quoting and emailing all day while taking some calls
