There are alot of overtime opportunities.

Cons

Management has a live and let live policy. Usually supervisory friends get better assignments, as well as opportunities to play while other work hard. Lots of games played here with work flow.

Nice Payscale Some Team Leads are really good, they know their duties perfectly.

Cons

Worst environment to work No Job Security, they can nail you anytime they want. Politics is more important than work for them.(Senior management especially) Life risk, if anything happens to you in office premises, no one from management is going to help you. Take help from your colleagues. If you ever get a star performer then do not be too happy because it means that you have a good relation with your manager.
