      work/life balance expertise in data science at the lab room to grow and being mentored

      Cons

      Some bureaucracy which is normal in big organization - though Intact does not have too much of it. Clearer planning of data science projects with a clear understanding by high management of the objectives - what is and what is not possible

      Try to brand the data lab as a startup environment but it is not

      They really care about the data lab and put a lot of resources to it.

      Cons

      They try to say they provide a relaxed working environment and a lot of freedom at work. In reality it is no difference from other big names. You don't really have much freedom.
