      Pros

      - Projects are challenging, it is not about just .fit models but one needs to think a lot on properly translating business question into DS/ML/AI solution, feature engineering, modeling, etc. - Co-workers are smart and there are a lot to learn from them - Transparent and management are open to new ideas - Benefit packages are competitive to the market

      Cons

      - More annual leaves will be appreciated - Product delivery has top priority, result in tight schedule for extra research/testing out different models.
