      Pros

      It's a large organization so there is opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      I cannot comment about other positions, but as a Claims Rep in Alberta, there is excessive workload. The only way a claims adjuster can be caught up is by putting in extra personal unpaid time e.g. coming to work early or leaving work late. The managers do not seem to care about the welfare of their subordinates, all that matters to them is the stats.

      We take this seriously; our policy is to provide overtime pay when extra time is requested of anyone on the team. Employees input has led to many of our customer experience improvements – we don’t want to stop ideas from coming. Thank you for sharing your experience.

      Pros

      Location was very convenient Office nice, very spacious Generally friendly, approachable people

      Cons

      Training was not up to basic standards. Facilitation was very ad hoc, little to no hands on training Systems very glitchy in training environment if functional at all. Facilitation was done in a lecture style. Facilitator barely wrote anything down. All information was conveyed verbally. Wasnt much consideration for different learning styles and training techniques. Overall training was rushed.
