      Workload is heavy, but it's the hard market we're experiencing right now... It's tough anywhere you go...

      Pros

      Salary is fair for the market, bonus is great, work/life balance allows me to manage both. Hybrid work arrangement is quite progressive.

      Cons

      Sometimes change to processes appears slow, but once you appreciate all the stake holders involved, it’s understandable.

      Having great people to learn from Being able to work from home Overall great work environment.

      Cons

      Virtual training instead of in person training. Need more hands on training with the systems besides just watching e-modules and reading articles.
