      Pros

      - Flexible work from home arrangements available. - Supportive management teams. - Many internal job advance opportunities and supportive training to guide you towards your ambitions. - Great DB pension package and bonus. Easy vacation approval process. - Supportive colleagues who behave with empathy and manners. - Financial assistance for continuing education available.

      Cons

      - Large workload. - Many system changes and updates can cause some anxiety. - Wages are not at the top of the average wage but it is off-set by a fantastic DB pension package and year end bonus.
