      Interesting people to collaborate with, decent benefits, pension, and flexible working arrangement. Can be all work from home if team agrees.

      Cons

      Hard to push for change. Teams like to keep everything as status quo.

      Pros

      - Great overall team culture. - Hands on training with success partners - Team managers who are really invested in the success of the individual success of the team members - Company's "Campus" site has a lot of options of courses for self-development.

      Cons

      - Not really a company "cons", but industry wide, a need of more staff. - Many adjusters are carrying a really high pending as there's a constant movement within teams and pendings left by these exiting adjusters have to be re distributed. But that may be because they are really good at training staff and recognizing talent within their teams, so it can't really be considered a "con".
