      Pros

      The people are wonderful. Coming in during a CAT was difficult for my UM but she has done a good job helping me to get acquainted with protocol.

      Cons

      Setting up benefits is a horrendous experience! There is very little guidance and no one has answers on the completion of forms (ex: Evidence of Insurability Form). This has been discouraging and overshadowed the good of the first three weeks.
