      Pros

      I'm fairly new to the organization, but have been really impressed so far. From recruitment, onboarding, and now integration, each step has been fantastic. I had heard and read so many great things about the culture, support, and environment at Intact, and its all true. Team members and management really care about you and want to do everything to help you succeed. Top down, the organization really does live its values, and that creates a real sense of pride in the organization and pushes us to want to achieve great things.
