      Pros

      Intact is an amazing place to work and they care about balancing work and life, while still offering a world-class work experience as an industry leader.

      Cons

      Intact will push you outside of you comfort zone (this isn't really a "con", it's just to make you aware that this is not an environment where you can be complacent or not expect to grow); you you enjoy being challenged and improving how you think and work, this is an amazing employer.

      The onboarding process is well organized. Colleagues are very nice and vey helpful. The management is very open, friendly and listen to ideas.
