      Pros

      I have been with Intact for 2 years now and hands down, this chapter of my career has been my best! Intact lives it's values daily and this is exemplified through Managers who are keenly interested in one's individual success on the job, an engaging senior management and colleagues who come to work determined to do their best each day.

      Pros

      Coworkers are absolutely phenomenal, extremely welcoming and friendly environment never seen it before!!! Ability to move up super fast, you never have to worry about wanting to excel within the company. Lots of benefits and resources such as mental health, health care, educational options etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult customers but that has nothing to do with Intact and just the reality of customer service.
