      Pros

      - People are generous of their time, even people who you are not directly working with on a day to day basis - The work flow is very good. Yes there is pressure sometimes, but most of the time the rhythm is more than sustainable - Great benefits & retirement plan

      Cons

      - The processes are sometimes complex: not always easy to implement changes - Lack of activities to create a bond between employees

      Pros

      Success Partners, have been luck to have 2 within my group but all of my counterparts including my manager have been amazing with setting meetings weekly to assist with training and always available o answer my questions

      Cons

      Not so much a con due to COVD and working from home restrictions, however equipment was order prior to my start date and 4th week of employment I am still awaiting some key hardware and software.
