      Remote work, used to have collaborative work but does not anymore.

      Micromanaged. Toxic work environment. No focus on customers.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent and the location of the office is great

      Cons

      Salary is lower than some competitors. Way too many people are rotating continuously. Had 3 managers in the span of half a year. This creates a gap in knowledge and responsibilities, often leading to roles within the team not feeling well defined and unhappy. There's also a high turnover in employees across the company in different departments. Competition is fierce for promotion and this create a semi toxic culture. Everyone in Montreal always speak in French even calls with coworkers in Toronto, creating a non-inclusive environment. Often feel overworked with low compensation.

      Too many Changes and not enough pay

      Benefits are available. Great team members. 2 days in office

      Cons

      Pay a lot for benefit options. they just dump more tasks on you and don't listen to your opinion. No diversity. no room for growth
