Pros

Great people, training, social events, benefits, nice looking offices. If you meet your targets, there is room for advancement.

Cons

Super busy, no work life balance but at least the awesome coworkers made up for that part.

Pros

When first joining the company there was this sense of the management carrying about those on the frontlines. The immediate supervisors are generally so nice and understanding and the USED TO have a great reward system.

Cons

Like most corporate places there is this culture of “family” but don’t be fooled as they truly don’t care about their frontline employees. They have increased the workload significantly over the years and have decreased their reward system while expecting employees to meet the same expectations. There is a lot of burn out within the role. There’s also this false narrative that you can advance to other roles.

Hybrid work model home and office.

Cons

Charges for quality level health and dental benefits. Most employers in auto industry pay for this level of benefits themselves. High volume of claims assigned. Significant amount of admin work in addition to vehicle evaluation and dispute review after VVS dismantling.
