-honestly, none that I can think of.

Cons

-Discrimination in the workplace - Low pay, high workload, poor benefits. -Will lay you off with no reason -managers are bad leader, will not provide feedback on your work. - Very hard and intensive training period

Pros

Average pay and benefits. Some teams are great but there's always this one overconfident person with a self-centered attitude and inflated ego, ruining the whole experience for everyone. Intact does seems to attract that type of people a lot.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance with heavy workload. Mandate to return back to the office. Hard to move up and to get promoted. Lack of diversity in the upper management(all French people). Lots of unhappy colleagues and high turnover of staff. Feeling like we're constantly understaffed, despite being "the largest provider of P&C insurance in Canada". Lots of useless recurrent meetings with large crowds.
