      Pros

      - supportive, open door, and collaborative work environment - good benefits (health, dental, fitness/wellness) - strong emphasis on living the values - responding to customer needs is taken seriously by the company

      Cons

      - some favoritism - entry-level employees can be dispensable - toxic call center environment - highly competitive, difficult to move out of a role in claims

      Good to get your feet wet

      Pros

      Usually most companies don't get this, but it was the team I worked with that was my favourite thing about the company. Eventually starts paying for insurance courses you want to take.

      Cons

      Regardless of how much work you put in, seniority exponentially trumps results and work ethic. Miscommunication from managers about certain protocols and procedures.

      If you are a technical person then there is very less room to grow Compensation is below market rate Development is only provided in insurance related courses
