Company is very process bound. Not a lot of entrpreneurial spirit is encouraged. Something of a top down command and control structure.

Cons

the work environment(ie. cubical spaces) are a bit out dated and kind of drab employes are not always informed of process changes all the tim and the training of new staff is not yet standardized across the board
