We're sorry to hear the pay doesn't meet your expectations; we take great effort to ensure our pay structure is well aligned with the market and that our total rewards package is competitive. You can connect with your HR Consultant or Manager to get more insight. We do have a hybrid setup to encourage teams to meet in the office, and you are welcome to work from home the rest of the week. We do understand not all roles can take advantage of this due to the nature of the work.
