Pros

This company used to have great benefits and people spent their entire careers here. Not anymore.

Cons

Poor strategic directions by ELT have run this once-glorious company into the ground.

Pros

There would be very minor pros, learning about in house monitoring advanced tools and equipment.

Cons

I worked in a team where bullying and toxic competition were the norm. The environment felt abusive, with constant fear of being fired and no real concern for people—only for hitting tool metrics. Collaboration was replaced by internal politics and fear, and instead of growing, people were just trying to survive. If you’re looking for a supportive workplace, choose your team carefully or reconsider. This job was more about enduring than growing.
