Benefits are nice, good insurance, employee stock purchasing options. Sabbatical. Knowledgeable colleagues.

Cons

Can be a little stressful for the on-call rotations, however that on-call experience depends on what area you are in. Some modules may receive many pages overnight, others get zero and your sleep is uninterrupted :)
