      Pros

      The atmosphere is great at Intel and the people are nice and friendly. There are always people around that's willing to help. There's the team activities that is nice and people are generally open to meeting up after work to have fun. The management system also works well and there isn't much politics around which make things easier to do.

      Cons

      The pay and the benefits are definitely on the low side. The other problem is the cramped cubes, they are so small it's just uncomfortable in them. The gray color everywhere doesn't help neither. People also like to talk in the aisles which bothers other people from working.

      Pros

      Intel has an excellent focus on their core business, building processors. Their bonus program pays twice a year consistently. The is a high degree of job stability. The change from stock options to restricted stock units was a move in the right direction considering that Intel is no longer a growth company.

      Cons

      If you are not a staff engineer or high, the compensation is better else where. The is also an extreme political bias towards individuals with advance degrees. There is a corporate culture that you should feel honored simply by being employed by Intel. This leads dissatisfaction simply due to the ease by which a better paying position at an employer that actually recognizes ones contribution can be found.
