Just outa college, not a bad joint at all! The paychecks won't bounce, that's for sure.
Pros
-Work with very talented, ambitious, smart people -Lots of areas to make lateral moves if you decide to switch focus (marketing, sales, technical, engineer) -VERY direct communication with co-workers/managers. career dev, work/life balance, performance are all talked about openly -everyone is so damn motivated! This rubs off which is great, but becomes stressful/tiring at times -always enjoyed the people I've worked with, who are much older than me but fun to work with.
Cons
-working environment, grey cubes -super competitive. You'll need to be a workaholic to be noticed, which goes for most big tech companies -marketing group is very flat which makes promotions nearly impossible -managers don't get paid more so you'll see a lot of 15 year veterans that aren't managers -low moral due to headcount reduction over the years -lots of ppl feel overwhelmed with their workloads
