      Pros

      Many opportunities to move within the company. Benefits and stock purchase program are nice perks.

      Cons

      Review process often gives the same raise to good and bad employees. Have to be exceptionally good or exceptionally bad to deviate much from the 'standard raise'. Many uptight employees more concerned with checking off boxes and following process, rather than focus on getting things done quickly and with quality.
