      Intel is the leader in the industry. As such, you get to work with a lot of really smart people. There are many opportunities to try different job roles on many different projects. Management has been very flexible when it comes to work/life balance.

      Cons

      Accomplishments as part of a team go unrewarded. Individual accomplishments rule and you must find a way to stick out or be the one to take recognition for a team effort.
