      Pros

      Good pay, challenging environment. Just an all around good, competitive environment. I worked here for 7 months as a student hire, and it was an excellent experience. I would recommend it to any engineer with even a small interest in the industry.

      Cons

      Frequent staff changes, relocations, etc. Many employees become jaded from the constant changes at Intel and the entire industry. It's definitely not like working for the government -- but if you don't like it, I suggest that you don't work in the tech industry.
