      Pros

      Exceptionally smart hardworking individuals and teams. Open and direct culture with a desire to execute. Excellent product development / process to go to market. Exceptional integrity and ethics in business practices.

      Cons

      Growth paths stagnate after 2-4 years in any given role. Requires employees to keep their heads up for next role and position accordingly. Under market pay and time requirements vs. unspoken expectations. Lots of managing up.

      Pros

      Good experience in the tech industry, Great benefits. There are great career opportunities to be had, the new adoption assistance is great. Very safe place to work. Great sabbatical program that provides for 8 weeks of paid time off (in addition to vacation) once every 7 years. Really gives employees a chance to refresh and refocus on who they are, not who they have become.

      Cons

      Comparative low base pay, very poor rank and rating system. Too much focus on both diversity, safety communication is pretty much preachy. Employees that should have been fired for poor performance end up sliding by for at least 2 years due to the Ranking and Rating system

      community of very smart people. It's an environment were highly motivated people will succeed if they can ignore bureaucracy and the occasional bits of incompetence from some seemingly disconnected senior management.
