Pros
Overall benefits are good. Pay, bonuses and return on equity contribution to 401K plan were excellent.
Cons
Every year the company purges 10% of the workforce. Each supervisor is required to rate 10% of his/her employees as underperform. This is presumably to rid the company of the lowest performing 10% of the employees and works to a degree, but often times, excellent performers get swept up into this and terminated because a supervisor has a personal issue with the employee. Funny thing is, upper management is not subjected to the same program.
