      Pros

      Intel is a great company with very talented people. Benefits are top-notch - gym onsite (some locations), 401(k) is matched, RSUs, time off, sabbatical, etc. Love the culture here!

      Cons

      Recent changes in sabbatical duration, but still a bonus in my opinion. Remote work is not widely encouraged. I think there should be some flexibility.
