      Pros

      Great benefits: Medical+dental+vision Culture is good. Young and talented people.

      Cons

      The company has strayed so far from their core values. Financial controls are not what they should be and it all feels like one big game. Seniority is valued over talent and it seems like there are some people who are overqualified and overworked while others can take weeks of PTO at a time without falling behind. I watched a lot of the brightest minds be poached by other companies who know how to value talent.
