Good pay and benefits, good stock plans, smart, dedicated coworkers for the most part.

Cons

Layoffs don't get rid of the incompetent employees. Too much work with fewer resources. Some resources successfully posture and preen to cover lack of work done while others are consistently (not joking) working 14-16 hour days to cover all time zones. It's too much. Unsure where these are reviews are coming from with 'unlimited PTO' I'm management and that hasn't existed in any group here I've been in.
