Pros

Started my career at Intuit 5 years back as an engineer. Got an opportunity to work with various projects and gained immense knowledge on the products and the technologies. I was able to grow at Intuit as expected and also switched to the leadership which I truly enjoy guiding my teams and supporting our customers. Intuit is known for its culture and thats what attracted me to be part Intuit. I can affirm that I truly enjoy my work, love spending my time with my awesome teams and stakeholders, and blessed to support small businesses by solving our customer problems. I have worked with various organizations in the past, Intuit definitely stands tall. Work life balance is too good to be true. There will be certain times where you have to roll up your sleeves and take up the challenge head on to meet certain deadlines, thats the kind of challenge that I and my teams enjoy. We do take breaks as required to recharge and spend some quality time with our loved ones. Intuit also has shutdowns and recharge days where all of us get to enjoy extra time with our family and friends and all of us love it.

Cons

Nothing at this time. Most of the products are very rich in features, my advice for anyone joining would be to focus and learn as much as you could in your early days at Intuit.

Pros

Customer focused thinking applied and practiced to relieve the most people of the greatest burdens of the existing financial system. Employee-oriented operations, processes and benefits Open dialogs, training and a positive approach between managers, directs and seem to go all the way to the top Technology is being revised constantly and new solutions are experimented with in a proactive manner Engineers are encouraged to grow, challenge themselves and plenty of tools and opportunities are provided Projects have a generally good infrastructure that provides many important services out of the box in a useful way

Cons

Stock value has not recovered despite large value engendering steps and big investments into the AI space Some processes are exhaustively difficult to put together because of complicated systems and legacy Old technical choices linger and large scale operations are extremely hard to change and make flexible again.
