Pros

Scott and Brad are rockstars!!! Both are readily available to all levels in the company. they are unbelievable leaders. Comp and benefits are awesome. Opportunity to learn is fantastic

Cons

The company has the DNA of a desktop software company, not of a SaaS company and that gap will cripple them. Technology and infrastructure will hold them back. Focus on quality and simplify If you are not effective in a large company then do not work here.

Pros

Fantastic products. Very stable company. Great leadership. Great strategy and ability to execute on it. Made up of Probably the smartest people you will meet.

Cons

Good luck trying to move up in the company. Very political. Rewards onetime heroes over hard work. Beware of standard June RIFs.
