Pros

Great benefits, great founder, if you are from Stanford, Harvard or Kellog - you are king even though you may not know anything about Tech or SaaS.

Cons

No Career growth, managers are more like individual contributors, have awful maternity benefits. Have terrible vendors who manage health and leave benefits Managers want to do our job and will throw us under the bus as needed
