Pros

Great salary and benefits. Better than Microsoft my previous employer. Generous bonus, 125% match on 401K, etc

Cons

Resting on their laurels. They have a captive audience (or at least think they have) so innovation is low, complacency high.

Pros

- Great benefits - Lots of opportunity and support for growth and mobility - Fun place to work

Cons

- Too many re-orgs - Some managers do not stand up for their direct reports - Some leaders seem more focused on their personal ambitions

Pros

People are sharp and great to work with. The benefits and work-life balance are top tier. Products are relevant and senior management encourages innovation.

Cons

Some groups can be political and operate in silos. These political or resource-constrained roadblocks slow everyone down and it can get frustrating trying to move past these.
