Pros

Good salary, good benefits, nice facilities. Most employees work really hard every day. Systems available to employees are good quality. Product marketshare is outstanding.

Cons

Management from India does not tolerate alternative lifestyles, even in California. Helpdesk teams are located in Mexico City with hard to understand accents. Teams in Bangalore, India are difficult to communicate with mainly because of the time difference, causing delays. Cultural differences cause palatable strife.
