Pros

Good food and good outings

Cons

You get laid off for no reason and it all depends on how good their business is doing. I got very good appraisal but was told mid year that comany has decided to close down IDC team.

Pros

* Competitive Salary and Benefits * Good insurance * Fun perks and programs, including fitness, health, and discount tickets/rates * Nice campuses

Cons

* There is a LOT of middle management and politics ... don't expect to be cared about as an individual * You will find yourself stuck in the middle ... they can't decide if they want to be big corp or small start-up - it affects everything * Moving up in your career is more about who know and who is looking out for you than what you can deliver ... even if you move up, expect setbacks * It is not remote worker friendly ... policies will change and possibly impact how much you travel or if you can even keep your position * You are judged for how much extra time you do or don't put in ... you are expected to make sacrificies (consistently) to spend extra hours delivering for them * They ARE a big corp and you are ultimately just a number ... expect to be impacted by downsizing, restructuring, etc.

Pros

TSheets was acquired by Intuit in January, 2018 and that has brought some changes. I would say 99% of the changes are very, very positive. TSheets benefits were already good by Idaho standards, but Intuit benefits are crazy good. Huge matching on 401k, incredible health and wellness benefits, low cost health insurance, cell phone and plan provided free, and a lot more.

Cons

TSheets is still growing like crazy and that's always going to change a dynamic within a company. We're not the sleepy little Eagle startup any longer. You don't know everyone by first name in the company any longer. It's sad, but just part of getting bigger and providing more opportunities to work at an amazing company.
