Pros

Great people to work with. Flexibility - as long as you get your job done. Amazing benefits. Company culture - polite and caring.

Cons

You never know when your position will be eliminated, so you have to know that going in. Reorgs are frequent, people losing their jobs are frequent (used to be a predictable annual cycle, now it's random throughout the year).

Intuit- Living Our Values

Pros

Customer centric and always looking as far into the future as possible, Intuit truly is a great place to work. The top 2 values you learn on day one, as an Intuit employee, Integrity without Compromise and We Care & Give Back, are the biggest reasons why, after 5 years, I am lucky to call Intuit my employer CEO, Brad Smith, lives these values and teaches from the top down, just how important Integrity and Giving back to your community truly are. The people are what make Intuit such an awesome place to work- you see friendships of 20+ years, as well as creative innovation and amazing leadership on a daily basis. Senior Leadership is also very open and honest with decision making going on at the highest level, and site leadership follows suite; I never feel like MSNBC is telling me something about our stock before our leadership has. Lastly, I couldn't ask for better benefits from a company. I've even heard directly from specialists I've needed to visit that I am extremely lucky that Intuit takes care of us the way they do.

Cons

I would say the main internal gripe I do have is around agent/employee tools. There are far too many to use on a daily basis to get the job done. There are teams set up to alleviate the pains of this issue, but it is definitely something that we all feel, on a daily basis.
